Well the boxes have been unpacked and we’ve been rained in for 2 weeks solid so im happy to see a little sunshine and hear some birdsong this morning. Quickly followed by my alarm clock- the local kookaburra who finds 7am particularly hilarious!
With the weather being so chilly, its been nice to rug up in some comfy layers and cook some yummy wintery comfort foods. Stews and risottos, bangers and mash, gooey chocolate puddings and steaming soups.
So whats all this got to do with these wonderful Laura Laine illustrations? Well… nothing really! I just love her style and attention to detail and thought you’d all enjoy these beautiful drawings on my return to blog land!
