From basic shapes to intricate lace work, i can truly appreciate the time and effort and hand cramping that goes into making such unique art. I was inspired to create something unique for my friend Liss, on her birthday.

Ive never covered a wall with it and just the thought of all that paste and lining up sections and squeezing out air bubbles, worries me to no end! Most of the papers ive seen are floral and a bit twee. But the papers from Flavor Paper may just change my mind.

Now this may be a bit morbid, but i love the colour, negative space and the detail, from afar it would just be a series of vertical lines of varying width but up close:

its far more interesting, sinister and unexpected. I think it’d be cool in a work shed, craft room or kitchen- maybe a larged framed section rather than a whole wall, if youre a bit scared of it.

Theres also Elysian Fields with a slightly gothic feel, bats and all, this one could hide in plain sight as the florals are more pronounced:
